Jumbo Egyptian Coturnix Quail are beautiful quail. Though very similar to the standard jumbo browns, they carry the roux gene which gives them a distinctive light rusty brown color to their plumage. They are excellent layers, as they produce more eggs than any other jumbo variety –300 a year!
